Data controller

(société à responsabilité limitée de droit belge), Allée des Noisetiers, 6 — 4031 Angleur, Belgique, BE 0473.456.901, info@practeos.com, is the controller of personal data collected via practeos.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

Data collected

practeos.com processes only data that is strictly necessary: first and last name, email address, subject and message — voluntarily provided through the contact or demo request forms.

Purposes of processing

  • Respond to your inquiries and organize a demo

  • Manage the commercial relationship that may follow

  • Anonymized audience measurement (Google Analytics 4) subject to your consent on the cookie banner

  • Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest)

Legal basis

Processing relies on your consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a) for non-essential cookies and marketing communications, and on the performance of pre-contractual measures (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) for handling the requests you send us.

Retention period

  • Contact form requests: 3 years from last contact

  • Server logs: 12 months

  • Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*): 13 months maximum

  • Consent records (GDPR proof): kept append-only

Hosting and data location

practeos.com is hosted in Frankfurt (UE) — données stockées exclusivement dans l'Union Européenne. Media are stored on Cloudflare R2 ("eu" jurisdiction). No transfer of primary data outside the European Union.

Third-party processors

  • Render Inc. (application hosting, USA — DPA signed, EU Frankfurt region)

  • Cloudflare R2 (media storage, EU jurisdiction)

  • Resend (transactional email delivery)

  • Google Analytics 4 (anonymized audience measurement, consent required)

Your rights

Under GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection to the processing of your data. To exercise them, contact us at info@practeos.com with proof of identity.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Autorité de Protection des Données (APD) — autoriteprotectiondonnees.be — rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Bruxelles.

  • NEXT_LOCALE: remembers your preferred language (FR/EN/NL)

  • noezys_consent: stores your choice on the cookie banner (1 year)

Audience measurement cookies (consent required)

  • _ga (13 months): anonymized Google Analytics identifier

  • _ga_* (13 months): GA4 session stats

These cookies are set only after your explicit consent on the banner. Without consent, Google Analytics runs in strict Consent Mode v2 (no personal data sent).
